C5 Insight launches as Customer Connect – a CRM consultancy.

2004

Customer Connect unveils The LUCK Principle.

2008

Customer Connect is certified in both Salesforce.com and Microsoft CRM.

2010

Customer Connect acquires StreamLogic to launch our SharePoint practice and renames to C5 Insight.

2011

C5 Insight founder Geoff Ables co-authors the Dynamics CRM Bible.
