Digital Workplace Conference, and its selected speakers, aims to help attending companies transform intranet environments and drive business results
ATLANTA, GA. – The Advanced Learning Institute (ALI) will present a 3 day conference and workshop titled “Transitioning Your Intranet to a Digital Workplace” February 2-4 in Atlanta, GA. C5 Insight Managing Partner, Curtis Hughes, has been tapped as a featured panelist for an interactive expert discussion session. Hughes will also deliver a session titled “The Deadly Sins of A Digital Workplace: Moving from Frustration to Effective Collaboration” during the conference.
With 20 years of business and government agency consulting experience in the areas of collaboration, employee engagement, digital workplaces, user adoption, and productivity, Hughes hopes to see the conference initiate a crucial conversation for the future of business. “We are in the midst of an industry-wide revitalization of interest in next-generation intranets,“ he recently commented. “ Based on years of C5 Insight’s professional research in addition to also large scale studies from organizations such as Gartner, Nucleus Research, and Butler Group, it’s evident that disappointing digital workplaces will harm recruitment, retention and engagement. Governance, strategy and measurement will set the world’s best digital workplaces apart from the rest.”
Speaking directly to one of the most widely-used intranet platforms, Microsoft SharePoint, C5 Insight has scheduled a webinar discussing The 7 Deadly Sins of SharePoint: Planning Success and Avoiding Failure on March 10, 2016 at 3PM ET. Additional upcoming webinar topics to be presented by C5 Insight in 2016 will include: The Evolution of the Intranet, Failure to Connect (Why Organizations Aren’t Getting More from Collaboration), and The Human Factor – Debunking the Myth That Technology Drives Collaboration.
