CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The team that wrote the CRM Bible has announced the launch of new training packages.
C5 Insight’s experienced team of Senior Leadership resources are putting their combined knowledge to work. The acumen gained while optimizing CRM platforms for a wide variety of client needs and projects scopes is invaluable. The new training sessions turn these lessons learned into real world perspective; providing attendees with unique insights and best practices to deploy within their own organizations.
“After writing the CRM Bible, it was a natural extension of our business to offer comprehensive training,” said Managing Partner Geoff Ables. “We’ve learned a lot over the years, from initial implementations to the considerable amount of project rescue we are called to do. CRM solutions offer significant reward, but at a risk. Our goal is to balance expectations with reality and ensure stakeholder support and governance are carefully laid out during planning, and well-executed for continuous improvement. Supplying developers with the right tools and roadmaps on the front-end can help prevent costly issues along the way.”
The training, initially developed as a three-day Developer Boot Camp, has expanded to cover additional user types. Additional packages now include a one-day Power User Training and a two-day Administrator Training. Participants will work closely with dedicated CRM experts as they navigate through labs and demos of CRM environments. The recommended attendance for the Developer Boot Camp is maximum three developers, in order to foster as much one-on-one instruction as possible. The other have a recommended maximum attendance of 12 users. Training can take place on the University of North Carolina, Charlotte campus or delivered on-site at the attendees’ own offices. Additional seats and other customizations may be arranged as needed.
